Kristine Nolan 

Kris is a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in accounting, human resources, customer service, project management, and leadership. Demonstrates calmness under pressure and views challenges as opportunities for growth. Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and CRMs, Kris has extensive experience managing teams and operations in various trades companies. A Colorado native raised in Evergreen, Kris has 5 kids, 2 grandkids, and has been married for 30 years. Kris loves spending time with family.

Jake Serna

Jake has over 12 Years’ experience in the Mechanical service industry.  He has a passion for hydronics thus he is Emporia’s boiler guy.  He has a F31-National Journeyman Mechanical certificate. He is certified by all the major HVAC manufacturers as well as EPA Universal certified to handle refrigerants. He has taken the new variable drive, electronic valve communicating systems training as well.

Dale Ritschard

Dale has worked in the building trades industry for over 25 years and held a general contractor license in Denver for over 5 years. He has a BA Business Management (Temple Fox School of Business) and is certified by International Code Compliance in General Contracting and F29 National Standard Master Mechanical. He has taken the new variable drive, electronic valve communicating systems training. He holds the following certifications: Over 50 HVAC Manufacturer, EPA Universal, OSHA 5810, OSHA 30-hour general construction, ASHRAE Energy Auditing, H2S Awareness, Safeland PEC 100145243, Workover & Completion Certification, WFA Emergency Care & Safety Institute, Rigging NCCCO certification, CPR and AED first aid.

Chris Vigil

Chris ran his own appliance repair and duct cleaning business for over 16 years.  The transition to HVAC that took place over 12 years ago was natural for him.  He is NATE certified in gas heating and installation, certified in Brazing, EPA Universal certified to handle refrigerants and has taken over 50 different manufacturers’ including heat pumps variable drive electronic valve courses.  Chris likes to go over equipment thoroughly to figure out not just what part may have failed but also what may have caused the part to fail.

Eric Mejia

Eric has over 12 years’ experience of HVAC installations. He has all the up-to-date training certificates from the major manufactures including variable speed electronic valve heat pump systems as well as EPA Universal certified to handle refrigerants.  He has 300 to 400 installations of different HVAC systems accomplished.

Randy Mejia

Randy has over 12 years’ experience of HVAC installations. He has all the up-to-date training certificates from the major manufactures including variable speed electronic valve heat pump systems as well as EPA Universal certified to handle refrigerants.  He has 300 to 400 installations of different HVAC systems accomplished.

Dan McLaughlin

Dan has over 50 years’ experience working with mechanical systems. He is a wiz with all things mechanical.  He has all the up-to-date training certificates from the major manufactures including variable speed, electronic valve, heat pump systems. He handles procurements of all material making sure the HVAC systems are as functional and effective as possible.

Dawn has led several companies in the construction trades industry. She excels in customer satisfaction and exemplary service, with a strong focus on future business development. Dawn is a dynamic professional with a passion for both creativity and customer service.

Nicolas Mater

Nick is a graduate of Lincoln College of Technology with a major in HVAC. He has over 6 years of experience working as a technician on residential, industrial, and commercial duct work, framing hoods for rooftop units, installing dampers, and servicing furnaces, air conditioning units, dry coolers, and chillers. His certifications include NATE, EPA, Climate Control Systems Commercial Refrigeration Control Design, Air Conditioning System Layout, Energy Efficiency and Green Technology Systems, and Variable Drive Heat Pumps.
