Ken Murphy

A native of Colorado and the son of a Mechanical Engineer, Ken has 38 years in the HVAC business and has been continuously licensed in the City of Denver for over 25 years.  He instructed the HVAC associates program at Denver Institute of Technology. His certifications include: ICC Master Mechanical, Nate, Goodman and Amana factory instructor and EPA Universal instructor.  Ken has worked hands-on with 1000s of commercial and residential systems. Ken is also a US Army veteran. 

Terence Maddison

Terence has over 11 years of installation experience and holds certificates in ICC Master Mechanical, HVAC/R from Boces, Nate Certification in Air Conditioning Service and Installation, Gas Heating (Air) Installation from multiple manufacturers. He also holds the EPA universal certification and the OSHA occupational health and safety certificate. 

Troy Wanek

Troy holds BA in Business Administration from The University Phoenix, holds an EPA Universal certification, and a General Contractors License. Troy was a primary instructor for the solar program at Red Rocks Community College for 14 years and also taught off-site HVAC refrigeration training for an EPA 608 certification and beginning HVAC electrical and controls. He was also a skilled trades department chair for 4 years. 

Dale Ritschard

Dale has worked in the building trades industry for over 25 years and held a general contractor license in Denver for over 5 years. He has a BA Business Management (Temple Fox School of Business) and is certified by International Code Compliance in General Contracting and National Standard Master Mechanical.  He holds the following certifications: Over 50 HVAC Manufacturer, EPA Universal, OSHA 5810, OSHA 30-hour general construction, ASHRAE Energy Auditing, H2S Awareness, Safeland PEC 100145243, Workover & Completion Certification, WFA Emergency Care & Safety Institute, Rigging NCCCO certification, CPR and AED first aid. 

Jonathan Fogg

Jon has over 8 years’ experience of HVAC installations as a lead installer.  He served for the United States Navy for 4 years. He is NATE certified in gas heating and installation, certified by all the major HVAC manufacturers as well as EPA Universal certified to handle refrigerants.  He spent several years in California doing HVAC work and is already familiar with the new codes Colorado is continually rolling out. 

Marisela Barrera

Marisela has worked as an Office Manager for over 18 years for several different trades in the residential and commercial markets.  She is a great Bilingual English/Spanish front line resource for our customers concerning permitting and utility rebates among so much more.

Chris Vigil

Chris ran his own appliance repair and duct cleaning business for over 15 years.  The transition to HVAC that took place over 10 years ago was natural for him.  He is NATE certified in gas heating and installation, certified in Brazing, EPA Universal certified to handle refrigerants and has taken over 50 different manufacturers’ courses.  Chris likes to go over equipment thoroughly to figure out not just what part may have failed but also what may have caused the part to fail.

Adrian Olgin

Adrian has over 6 years experience of HVAC installations. He is NATE certified in gas heating and installation as well as EPA Universal certified to handle refrigerants.  He is a graduate of the Leonardi HVAC training center and has 200 to 300 installations of different HVAC systems accomplished.
